The Challenge
A major global stock market regulator engaged two subcontractors to develop a complex data analytics solution. However, poor coordination among 30+ stakeholders across vendors led to significant delays. Inefficient communication practices and the absence of a structured process for handling change requests resulted in scope creep, with nearly 40% of the project’s time consumed by communication issues alone.
Our Solution
Aryashan Technology stepped in to streamline and stabilize the project. We formalized the requirements gathering and change request processes, breaking down large teams into 10 focused, manageable units. We introduced a structured meeting cadence, implemented clear reporting protocols, and established a centralized knowledge repository to improve transparency and accountability.

The Challenge
A U.S.-based nonprofit dedicated to mental health turned to Aryashan Technology to modernize its outdated software platform. The system was critical to their operations, but poorly documented, making upgrades risky and time-consuming. We then rearchitected the platform, refactored the legacy code, and introduced new functionality—all while maintaining strict compliance with FDA guidelines by applying Scrum and AAMI TIR45 frameworks.
